  • A VIP email list with deals and planning content
  • Vendor save and compare functionality

Our directory service is free for couples. We do not charge couples for browsing, saving vendors, requesting quotes, or joining the VIP list.

3. No Endorsement or Guarantee

While we curate our vendor listings, inclusion in the Austin Wedding Collective directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any vendor's services, quality, reliability, or suitability for your event.

We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of vendor-provided information, pricing, or availability
  • The quality of services rendered by any vendor
  • That vendors will respond to quote requests
  • That vendor perks or deals will be honored

All contracts, payments, and service agreements are between you and the vendor directly. Austin Wedding Collective is not a party to any vendor-client transaction.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms
  • Use the Site for lawful purposes related to wedding planning
  • Not submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading information
  • Not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security

If you experience an issue with a listed vendor, please contact us so we can review the listing.

7. Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request, your information is shared with the specific vendors you have selected. We facilitate the introduction but are not responsible for vendor response times, pricing, or the terms of any resulting agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Austin Wedding Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided through the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which, for couples, is $0).
