5. How do you handle Austin traffic and construction delays on event day?
6. Can we do a test run of the route to our venue beforehand?
7. What's your overtime policy if the reception runs late?
8. Do you provide signage or coordination to direct guests to pickup points?
9. Are your drivers commercially licensed and insured?

• Hill Country venues in Dripping Springs, Wimberley, and Spicewood are often 45-60 minutes from downtown Austin hotels — guest shuttles are practically required, not optional.
• Book shuttle service that runs multiple loops rather than one big trip — it gives guests flexibility to leave early or stay late without being stranded.
• Vintage car getaways photograph beautifully, but confirm the vehicle has functioning A/C if your wedding is May through October — Texas heat and formal wear are a bad combination.
• Factor in Austin traffic, especially for Saturday weddings. I-35 and MoPac can add 30+ minutes during peak hours. Route through 290 or 71 to Hill Country venues when possible.
• Party buses for the wedding party between ceremony and reception are a great investment — they keep the energy up, prevent timeline delays, and create memorable photos.
